Residential, Full-Service
By emphasizing the areas the family shares, integrated and expanded dining, living, and kitchen spaces create a space that feels effortless for everyday leisure and rest. The kitchen opens into the living & dining space with island seating, open shelving, and a hidden bar cabinet behind the island seating area. This centrally located social space is directly connected and visible from the entry foyer, transformed into a mudroom with full-height custom cabinetry. Soft filtered light from the central social space bounces of the edge of the entry foyer to connect two spaces and create a more welcoming first encounter with the apartment. The classic palette of blues, whites and light grays extend throughout the apartment. The palette is warmed by warm-toned floor and furniture, and small pops of colors and accents highlight playful moments.
